  1. Beautiful!! I am lost for words..there it is almost all about life described in these sentences here…
Yes to all of them ….loved this post

  2. That is just beautiful, Amit. Does place change a person’s attitude towards life? 🙂 Since the time you moved, your posts have been really different. Loved this one and many others.

  3. Loved all these wonderfully overwhelming thoughts, and yes to almost all of them.
Loved this post and I did think it was an email forward 🙂
I think it might now become a popular ’email forward’, if someone feels the urge to share it 🙂

  4. Yes!! And I am experiencing the miracle of “The Creation of Life” in more than one way. It’s completely true what you have written and so beautifully penned down. Almost all the experiences we have can be fit into one of those scenarios that you have mentioned. Keep writing.

  5. Yes to all, specially the 1st nd 4th…..

It has happened so many times that I read a book and the images are so strong in my mind that I feel like the character. Sometimes I even start placing faces on the characters in the book…

And you know I have this dream where I leave everything that I have and take a train to no where. Reach some hilly area where no one knows me and then I live happily ever after…only if things were so easy!!!!

Fell in love with this post!!! 🙂

    • I always place faces on characters. I can’t read without it. I have to imagine it like a movie! 🙂
Thanks hai post ko love karne ke liye! 🙂

  6. Good post, Amit.

Your mentioning that this isn’t from some forwarded mail did help us have nicer thoughts about this work, lest some of us should have doubted 🙂

Now this is nit-picking, but because I noticed, I’ll share with you. The 8th picture, that shows a group of friends, (“Have you ever had a moment when you had laughed so much that the thought of loosing the people sitting around you at that moment manifested itself in all its glory”), clearly should read ‘losing’ (and not ‘loosing’). The extra o makes the meaning 😮 🙂

    Don’t curse me please..

Personally, I liked the seventh one very much.. 🙂

    Vaibhav

    • Thanks and I thought so, that’s why the ps! 🙂
And Damn it!!! I thought no one would notice that mistake. 🙂 I spotted it just before hitting the publish button but was too tired to make the change.
Now I have changed it! Happy? 🙂

  7. You are getting very philosophical Amit! Yeah, I have had these have you ever moments and I guess all of us have had our own unique ones!
    Nice post.

  8. Yes, we do come across such moments especially first two.. 🙂 I felt that so many times whilst reading or watching.

Haha, but it has all the ingredients to become a fwd.. if I come across I will reply to the sender.. 😉

  9. ah…..***sigh****…..such is life.
well i will say yes to the first one .i am currently reading a book “gardens of water” . i think its not the only book but i feel connected to all the characters of the book i read , as if i am a part of the story 😛

  12. Awesome post! I am getting sentimental! 🙂 [and being senti … is always painful… why????] May I please know the name of the book that you are currently reading, thanks.

  13. Aiyyo I had forgot to star it in reader to comment later and I m so late now. Anyway better late than never as I say 🙂
Wonderful post but u know, these pics will soon find their way as an email forward. Few days Krishashok’s post “graphical lyrics” was doing rounds as an email forward!!

  14. I am sharing this with some of my friends thru the link of your blog…and not as a forward..!! Wow!! You actually sat and made all of these..soo cool!!!

  15. I had many of thoughts you mentioned here.

Some are with little bit changes, like i least like sad movies as I will be so involved in movies most of the times that I am the leading person in that movie and I cant sleep properly with the sad endings 🙂

I think everybody will have these kind of thoughts because everybody have thier own emotions and all thoughts you mentioned are mainly related to emotions 😉

    • Many people are not comfortable with Sad endings. 🙂 I don’t know if it has something to do with emotions. The brain just picks up random stuff at times without any reason.

  16. Hey, wat happened?? why u turning so philosophical?
And m keen on knowing which book r u talking abt, by the way..

And howz the Manchester experience going??

    • Oh nothing! I am in such mood swings at times! 🙂 The Book is “Night train to Lisbon”. Haven’t finished it yet. Will post a review once I finish it. 🙂
Manchester is going great! Nice peaceful life and an equally hectic office. 🙂

  17. Hey Amit, you forgot to mention the one you were tellin me the other day –

“Have you ever had a moment when you were so lost in browsing through the pics and kundlis of the prospective bahus your mom n dad are showing – that all of a sudden the most loveliest damsel you’ve ever seen stares at you in the eyes and asks you to marry her on TV… and you saying “She’s the one 4 me”

    p.s. She’s Rakhi Sawant for you 😉

  18. yes i have had these feelings quite often…and these days, i practically have it everyday! all i wanna do is break free and listen to the voice of my heart….! the post was enriching… ! i am glad i read it…

    1st and 2nd one, I do that all the time… 🙂
Will I ever be able to read all your posts, like from the beginning to the end. There are so many posts I haven’t read. With every post of yours that I read, I love your blog even more. You are my favorite writer of all.Truly… 🙂

    • Thank you and now I am really blushing. I really cant handle compliments that well. 🙂
I am really happy that you enjoyed the post. This is one of the rare posts that I can go back and read.
